Cancellation Policy: Users can cancel their order anytime before it is delivered to them. Upon order cancellation, the complete paid amount will be refunded within 7 working days.

Wrong Item Delivered: In the rare event that a wrong item is delivered, we will initiate the replacement of the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement or return of the item is made within 24 hours from the time of receipt of the item.

Damaged During Transit: If the item is damaged during transit, customers are advised not to accept the delivery if the packaging is torn, tampered, or damaged. Usually, the outer packaging reflects damage before the inner product is affected. Customers should verify the product’s condition in the presence of the courier staff and avoid taking delivery if the product is damaged. Reporting of damages subsequently shall not be entertained.

Provide Documentation: Complete an unboxing video and capture images of the parcel with the AWB (Air Waybill) label clearly visible. Additionally, provide inner content images of the delivered shipment and pre-shipping images and video of the shipment with content and AWB label clearly visible.
